The work · the studio’s own ledger
Work we're proud of, because it helped people
Every row here ends with a person whose day got easier — a caller who reached a clinic in minutes instead of an hour, a caseworker with fewer screens in the way, an associate whose tablet finally made sense. That's the whole point of this studio: technology in service of people. The numbers stay honest (a figure is the work's own result or platform context, never blurred), and the not-implemented rows stay on the ledger, because help you can't verify isn't help.
Skim the rows. Find the one with people who sound like yours. That's the conversation we'd love to have — you bring questions, we'll bring screens.
Pacific Clinics — UX/UI & AI Consultant
Pacific Clinics
A behavioral-health front door that actually opens.
Implemented the client-facing portal for a behavioral-health access platform from a design partner's full design, with some of the design our own — Experience Cloud pages and the Agentforce agent "Hope," carried through to live.
Published program outcomes: 538% increase in referral access · 2× clients served in 12 months · crisis response 50–60 min → 15–30 min · ~900 staff hours saved monthly.
Zero To Three — UX & Strategy Consultant
Zero To Three
Forty-two systems, one organization, and nobody who could see a whole constituent.
Systems inventory, leadership interviews, and a staff-wide survey across seven functions — returned as portal concepts, dashboards, and a roadmap the organization could actually sequence. Then the portal itself: we designed the entire constituent portal and its front end, working with AI from the first screen to the last.
42 systems inventoried · structured leadership interviews · staff-wide survey across seven functions · the full portal and front end designed with AI.

Isha Foundation · with Provisio Partners — UX Consultant
Isha Foundation
An AI agent that knows when to get out of the way and fetch a person.
An AI plan mapped across the whole participant journey, from first awareness to staying involved: for every stage, what the agent reads, what it does, and which system the signal comes from. It's built to bring people in, not replace them. When someone hesitates at checkout, it hands them to a live person. When someone starts drifting away, it connects a volunteer mentor instead of sending another automated nudge.
Advisory — the plan was the deliverable; Isha implemented it themselves.
